and the pursuit of Happiness" is one of the most famous
phrases
in the
United States
Declaration of Independence. It is considered by some as part of
one
of the most well crafted, influential sentences in the history of the
English language.

These three aspects are listed among the "
unalienable rights"
or sovereign rights of man.
THIS MEANS when freedom is denied for any reason, it would be by an
evil
controlling power that is in this world.
This right it now proclaimed by
the rule of law saying God Gave This Right TO EVERYONE!
Freedom of expression in word
or dress is a cornerstone of rights and freedoms.Expression
is essential in enabling democracy to work and public participation in
decision-making.Citizens cannot exercise their rights of free access to
information and ideas and are not able to express themselves and views
freely. Freedom of expression is thus not only important for individual
dignity but also to participation, accountability and democracy.
Violations of freedom of expression
often goes hand in hand with other
violations including the right to freedom of association,
expression, and free
assembly.
When
students and teachers are forced to dress only one way
with their clothing what freedom will later be chipped away by a new
constriction?
